25+ years in the telecommunications, electronics and test & measurement industry.  With a career encompassing the positions of AE, VP and President of national sales from start-ups to the restructuring of companies.  Assisted in the sales growth of regions for multiple fortune 1000 companies.  C-level experience with regional start-ups and small to medium businesses.   Started and purchased companies and was instrumental in the exit planning and divesting from those companies.   Active in numerous charity causes.  Honorable discharge from the USMC while maintaining a 8+ level Top Secret Clearance.

Mark Shee

Mark has over 20 years experience in various financial management and business development roles. Mr. Shee spent 8 years with General Electric in Corporate Audit, finance and Tax capacities. These roles focused on cost reduction and profit enhancement for the various business units General Electric served. Mr. Shee graduated from numerous higher education programs at General Electric’s Crotonville University.

Mark provided financial and retirement planning advice to medium size companies through various planning techniques. The cash management and lending strategies of these companies were analyzed and for improved profitability.

He was the deal person for an acquisition strategy in the brokerage insurance industry, which grew to a capitalized value of $55MM. Mark has acquired and divested two successful businesses personally, where the return on investment exceeded 30%. He also turned around a transportation business by installing measurement and coaching techniques with the leaders of the three divisions to drive revenue and profits.
